REV Group Gains Naming Rights for Road America Race

-

Road America has traded one Wisconsin-based company with another for the title sponsor role of its NTT IndyCar Series event in 2019 with the addition of REV Group, Inc.

Based in Milwaukee, REV manufactures speciality vehicles and provides related parts and services and has signed on to make IndyCar’s annual Road America visit the REV Group Grand Prix.

As part of its increased role in the race weekend at the iconic road course, REV has arranged to offer unique hospitality and race experiences in an effort to salute first responders. All fans will be able to learn more about E-ONE, AEV, Wheeled Coach, Fleetwood RV and other vehicles from REV brands that will be on display throughout the weekend.

From buses to emergency to recreational vehicles, REV is the parent company to 30 specialty vehicle brands that help fight fires, transport patients to hospitals, provide shuttle transportation and are part of memorable trips for outdoor enthusiasts.

“They have a unique cadre of brands that have been instrumental in moving America forward,” Road America’s Senior Consultant and former President and General Manager George Bruggenthies said.

“From first responders to families, REV emanates American pride and American success through its diverse vehicle brands. We feel that REV will incorporate itself very well with Road America’s fan base while rewarding first responders through this entitlement.”

With REV as the title sponsor instead of KOHLER, IndyCar’s 2019 race at Road America is scheduled for the weekend of June 20–23.
