Eric Curran and Felipe Nasr were the winning duo as the Prototype and GT Daytona categories converged on the temporary street circuit on the island situated between Detroit and Windsor. They took Action Express Racing’s No. 31 Cadillac DPi-V.R to the overall win, overcoming the Nissan Onroak DPi that started from the pole plus both of Team Penske’s Acura ARX-05 cars.

Meyer Shank Racing captured top honors in GTD, meanwhile, with Katherine Legge and Mario Farnbacher winning in the team’s No. 86 Acura NSX GT3 that entered the year scheduled to contest only the four endurance rounds.

All three WeatherTech Championship classes will be back in action at Watkins Glen International on the weekend of June 28 to July 1 for the Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen.
